Payment of a non-refundable deposit of 10% of total fees is required on confirmation of your booking. This deposit will secure your booking and dates.
The balance is due 30 days before arrival or immediately when booking within 30 days of arrival.
At the time of booking, we ask our guests for a security deposit of £250. This is in case there is any damage to the property during your stay. The money is simply reserved a day or two before you arrive and then released after departure on return of the keys and if there is no damage, there is nothing you need to do.

Pet- some of our properties will allow 1-2 small to medium sized, well behaved dogs.

Pet fee 10£ per per per night additional pet cleaning fee of £35
Child policy – our accommodation are child- friendly . Some of them provide cot and high chair.
Please see our child policy – children should be supervised at all times.
Whilst we provide some equipment and toiletries for your convenience please ensure that these are suited to your child as we are not liable for any accidents or mishaps while using these equipment .
We can sometimes be flexible on arrival and departure dates and times. If you are unable to select the dates you would like in the calendar please contact us.
Check-in is at from 15:00 to 22:00 and check-out is at 10am. There is a late checkout option for £10/ hr. The nightly rate for over 6 hrs. Please advise your requirements at the time of booking and we will confirm if it’s possible to accommodate a later check-out.
If you would like us to arrange a taxi to take you to the station or airport on your departure, please let us know in advance.
